Widely used in hydraulic irrigation, high-rise buildings, fire protection systems, municipal water supply and drainage, electric power and other water supply pipe network systems. Its functions include automatic control of water level, decompression, pressure relief, pressure maintenance, adjustment, check, elimination of water hammer, switch and other functions. According to different needs, the attached pipeline and pilot valve can be changed to achieve the required functions.

  1. 100X remote control float valve When the pipeline is fed water from the water inlet, since the needle valve, ball valve, and float valve are normally open, the water enters the pool through the micro filter, needle valve, control room, ball valve, and float valve. At this time, the control No pressure is formed in the chamber, the main valve is opened, and the water tower (pool) supplies water. When the water surface of the water tower (pool) rises to the set height, the floating ball floats to close the floating ball valve, the water pressure in the control room rises, pushes the main valve to close, and the water supply stops. When the water level drops, the float valve reopens, the water pressure in the control room drops, and the main valve opens again to continue water supply and maintain the set height of the liquid level.
  2. 200X pressure reducing and stabilizing valve When the valve is supplied with water from the inlet end, the water flows through the needle valve into the main valve control room, and the outlet pressure acts on the pilot valve through the conduit. When the outlet pressure is higher than the set value of the pilot valve spring, the pilot valve closes. The control room stops draining, at this time the pressure in the main valve control room rises and the main valve is closed, and the outlet pressure no longer rises. When the outlet pressure of the valve drops to the set pressure of the pilot valve spring, the pilot valve opens and the control chamber drains downstream. Since the displacement of the pilot valve system is greater than the water intake of the needle valve, the pressure in the control chamber of the main valve drops. Inlet pressure opens the main valve. In a steady state, the water intake and drainage of the control chamber are the same, the opening of the main valve remains unchanged, and the outlet pressure is stable. The outlet pressure can be set by adjusting the pilot valve spring.
  3. 300X slow-closing check valve When the valve is supplied with water from the inlet end, the water enters the main valve control room through the micro filter, needle valve and check valve, and then drains to the downstream through the ball valve. Because the needle valve opening is smaller than the ball valve opening, that is, the drainage speed of the main valve control chamber is greater than the water inlet speed, so the pressure in the control chamber decreases, and the inlet pressure acting on the lower end of the main valve disc opens the main valve to supply water to the downstream. When the pipeline stops water supply, if the downstream water starts to flow back, part of the backflow water enters the main control room through the ball valve. Due to the action of the one-way valve, the backflow water cannot flow out of the main control room, causing the main control room to gradually increase in pressure and slowly close the main valve.
  4. 400X flow control valve When the valve is supplied with water from the inlet end, the water flows through the needle valve into the main valve control room, and flows out of the main valve control room through the pilot valve and ball valve to the outlet. At this time, the main valve is in a fully open or floating state. Setting the flow regulating valve on the upper part of the main valve can set a certain opening degree of the main valve. Adjusting the opening of the needle valve and adjusting the spring pressure of the pilot valve can keep the opening of the main valve at the set opening, and the pilot valve will automatically adjust when the pressure changes to keep the flow constant.
  5. 500X Pressure Sustaining Pressure Relief Valve When the pressure relief valve is adjusted to the pressure relief state, water flows to the outlet through the needle valve, main valve control room, ball valve A, pressure relief/pressure sustaining pilot valve, and ball valve B. At this time, the main valve is in the On state. When the inlet pressure exceeds the safety value set by the pressure relief/pressure sustaining pilot valve, the pressure relief pilot valve will automatically open, and part of the water will be released through the ball valve C to relieve the pressure of the pipeline. When the pressure returns to a safe value, the pressure relief valve will automatically close. When used as a pressure relief valve, each ball valve is normally open. As a pressure sustaining valve: When the pressure relief/pressure sustaining pilot valve is adjusted to the pressure maintaining state, as long as the main valve inlet water pressure is lower than the pilot valve set value, the pilot valve will be closed. The main control chamber is boosted and the main valve is closed. When the upstream water supply pressure of the main valve exceeds the set pressure of the pilot valve, the pressure-maintaining pilot valve can be opened, the water in the control room is discharged to the outlet through the ball valve, and the main pressure-reducing valve in the control room is opened to start water supply, that is, the upstream water pressure is maintained. When used as a pressure sustaining valve, the ball valve C is normally closed or replaced with a plug.
  6. 600X Electric Control Valve When the valve is supplied with water from the inlet end, the water flows through the needle valve and enters the main valve control room. When the solenoid pilot valve is opened, the water in the control room is opened through the solenoid pilot valve and the ball valve flows out. The opening of the ball valve is greater than that of the needle valve, the pressure in the control room of the main valve is very low, and the main valve is fully open. When the solenoid pilot valve is closed, the water in the control room of the main valve cannot flow out, and the pressure in the control room will push the diaphragm to close the main valve.
  7. 700X water pump control valve When the working valve of the water pump supplies water to the downstream, the solenoid pilot valve is fully opened, the needle valve is adjusted to an appropriate opening, and the upstream water enters the main valve control room through the needle valve, pilot valve, and one-way valve. At this time, the pressure in the control chamber of the main valve keeps the main valve at an appropriate opening and maintains the normal water supply downstream. 700X water pump control valve When the water pump stops working, the electromagnetic pilot valve closes first, the main valve stops draining water, the pressure in the main valve chamber rises, and the main valve starts to close. When it is closed by 90%, the stroke switch on the upper part of the main valve outputs a pump stop signal, and the water pump Stop running, at this time, the water downstream of the main valve enters the main control room through the check valve, the pressure in the control room rises, and the main valve closes.
  8. 800X differential pressure bypass valve is a valve used to balance the differential pressure between the supply and return water of the air conditioning system. The valve can improve the utilization rate of the system, maintain the precise mutual alignment of the pressure difference, and minimize the noise of the system and the damage to the equipment caused by the excessive pressure difference. The 200X differential pressure balance valve is superior to other balance valves in that it has no actuator, and the pressure difference of the medium itself is used to achieve the function of the balance system, saving energy and installation space. It is an intelligent valve.
  9. When the outlet pressure of the 900X emergency shut-off valve is lower than the set pressure of the pilot valve, the pilot valve is in the open state at this time, the pressure in the upper cavity of the main valve is equal to the outlet pressure of the main valve, and there is a pressure difference between the inlet and the mouth, and the water flows through the valve. When the fire pump air pumps, or when the pressure of the leveling pump rises, the set pressure of the pilot valve is exceeded, and the pressure of the control room of the main valve inlet guides the valve pipe to rise, acting on the spring pressure to increase and press down. , drives the valve core to move down, and the pilot valve is closed. At this time, the inlet pressure of the main valve is supplemented to the upper chamber of the main valve bonnet through the throttle valve. Because the downward pressure on the disc is greater than the upward thrust, the main valve is closed. It is worth noting that when the inlet pressure is lower than the set pressure, the main valve is in an open state, and when the inlet pressure is greater than the set pressure, the disc is closed.
